Tell us if something's wrong

We check licensing details against the Gambling Commission's public register and do our best to keep every page accurate, but registers change and mistakes happen. If you spot a factual error anywhere on Chipway House — a licence detail, a broken link, a description that no longer matches reality — please tell us.

What happens next

We check the point raised against the Gambling Commission's public register or another authoritative source. If it holds up, we correct the page as soon as we reasonably can. If a correction changes something material — such as an operator's licence status — we'll also review whether that operator should remain on the site at all.
